Miss Erica's culinary journey started in her childhood kitchen, where she regularly cooked for her three younger siblings. With recipes from her grandmother, mother, and aunt as a foundation, she crafted mouthwatering dishes like macaroni and cheese, seafood salad, fried chicken, and lasagna. In 2014, she ventured into selling hotplates, and by 2021, she had saved enough to launch her own restaurant. The popularity of her cooking led to the opening of Miss Erica's, where we proudly serve the same beloved dishes that have been enjoyed by many.
